Air Rescuers owns and operates their fleet of aircraft and operates them. Air Rescuers employees the mechanics, pilots, nurses, medics, MD's, and dispatch personal. This allows Air Rescuers to control the quality of every aspect of the operation. Brokers will typically use the cheapest provider and then at a mark up with no control over the quality of the provider they are brokering the flight to.
Air Rescuers has been in operation for over 14 years and has transported over 3,000 patients worldwide with a perfect safety record.
Air Rescuers pilots are carefully chosen, very experienced, and highly trained. All Cilatus, Beachkraft, Learjet Captains undergo simulator training every six months and every Air Rescuers flight has a Captain and Co-pilot. Air Rescuers standards for flight operations exceed most commercial airline standards. Air Rescuers has a full time Director of Safety, who oversees a very comprehensive Safety Management System (SMS) that oversees every aspect of Air Rescuers's flight operations worldwide. Aircraft maintenance is handled in house by a team of extremely qualified technicians that meet and exceed all DGCA & FAA requirements.
Air Rescuers has aircraft based throughout the country allowing cost effective quotes. Many times we are able to provide one-way pricing which can reduce costs by up to 40%.
Air Rescuers medical teams are with each patient from the discharging facility to the aircraft and upon arrival at the receiving airport, our team accompanied the patient to the receiving facility in order to ensure continuity of care is not compromised.
Most Air Rescuers flights can accommodate at least one family member to accompany the patient at no additional charge and in some cases two can be arranged subject to approval of Medical Control.
From the first phone call until the patient is safely delivered to the receiving facility, every Air Rescuers team member is dedicated to absolute excellence in customer service.
